Updated Application Note: FSHRemote Remote Control and Data Access for R&S FSH

- FSHRemote is a program for reading data and controlling a Handheld Spectrum Analyzer R&S FSH from a remote computer.
New features: Script Mode: the Special Measurement function allows the user to create and execute user defined command sequences for controlling the FSH Handheld Spectrum Analyzer. The syntax of these scripts is based on the R&S FSH-K1 (remote control option for R&S FSH) command syntax.
